Features of the Integrated Intelligent Low-Voltage Power Capacitor
● Monitoring unit:Using intelligent controllers and sensing components, collect and calculate various data information in the power system, compensation branches and capacitors, and issue operating instructions for capacitor switching and switching.
●Temperature acquisition unit:The temperature sensor device is used to collect the internal temperature of the capacitor.
●Voltage acquisition unit:The high-precision voltage transformer is used to collect system voltage data, which provides a basis for the monitoring unit to calculate power,power factor and other parameters,and provide a basis for over/under voltage protection.
●Current acquisition unit:High-precision current transformers are used to collect system current and capacitor operating current data,to provide a basis for the monitoring unit to calculate power,power factor and other parameters,and to provide a basis for overcurrent/unbalance protection.
●Switching switch:When switching capacitors,the arc extinguishing device can reduce the strength of the arc to reduce the damage to the switch,so the mechanical life can reach millions of switching times,which extends the life of the switching switch.
●Circuit Breaker:The miniature circuit breaker is used as the over-current protection and the power inlet terminal.
●Low voltage power capacitor:The use of polypropylene base film and metallized materials and processes ensures the high quality and high reliability requirements of capacitors. And adopt over-temperature,over-pressure device and secondary protection technology to make it safer and more reliable during operation.
