Application
ZHIMING brand of QKSG/QKSC dry-core starter high voltage start shunt electrical reactors utilizes premium imported silicon steel laminations. The core design features uniformly segmented columns with multiple epoxy-insulated air gaps, bonded using high-temperature structural adhesives to maintain gap stability during operation.
Core end faces are treated with specialized silicon steel adhesive, ensuring rigid lamination bonding that significantly reduces operational noise while enhancing corrosion resistance.
Coils employ encapsulated winding technology, with primary insulation vacuum-impregnated using high-temperature insulating varnish. This process delivers exceptional dielectric properties, high mechanical integrity, and resistance to cracking under motor starting inrush currents and thermal shocks.

The mounting site is free from fire hazards, explosion risks, flooding, strong chemical corrosion, and similar dangers. Following each start, the equipment must cool for 6 hours before restarting.
Main Technical Data
● The dry start reactor is smaller than the traditional oil-immersed reactor and air core reactor. Small, lightweight, small footprint, simple structure, easy installation. Features;
●The temperature resistance level reaches F grade(155°C);
●The dry core starter reactor loss is lower than that of the oil-immersed reactor;
●The noise of the dry core starter reactor is not greater than the national standard (65dB).
