Application
ZHIMING brand of low voltage harmonic filter reactor was used during compensating reactive power capacitors will be influenced by harmonic waves, closing surge, operating over-voltageand etc, and may lead capacitors being damaged or power factor decreasing, conse quently series-connected reactors shall be used to connect in front of capacitors, to restrict harmonics, protect capacitors, prevent the influences of harmonic voltage, current or surging voltage/current, improve power factor, extend service life of capacitors.
Structure features
● This product divided into two types: three-phase, single phase, dry type iron core.
● The iron core made of high quality cold rolled silicone steel sheet, sheared by high speed punching machine, without furs,even,good piled,to ensure low temperature rise low noise during operating.
● Coil made of good insulated conductors, wound by special machine:flat, smoothly,good looking.
● During assembling, allclamps are provided with anti-corrosion treatment, the critical clamps made off non-magnetic material, then preheating on oven, vacuum immersed, make coil and core form a tight body, this can reduce temperature rise and noise, improve quality factory and eliminate harmonics.
●Outline of reactor has referred to standard panels, small size,easy to connect with cables, save cost.
Technical Paramete
1.Can use in 400V and 660V system.
2.Reactance ratio: 1%, 6%, 7%, 12%, 13%, 14% and so on.
3.Rated insulation level: 3KV/min.
4.The temperature rise limited value of the reactor each part: the iron core can not exceed 85K, and the coil can not exceed 95K.
5.The reactor noise can not exceed 50dB.
6.The reactor can work for long time when the work frequency and harmonic current not exceed 1.35 times rated current.
7.Linearity degree of reactance value: the value of ratio between reactance value in 1.8 times rated current and reactance value in rated current can not lower than 0.95.
8.For three phase reactor, the imbalance of each two phase reactance value can not exceed 3%.
9.Service temperature range, H degree, higher than 180 degrees Celsius.
