This depends on your load distribution. Centralized compensation is installed in the main distribution room, offering lower equipment costs and simpler installation, but has a limited effect on reducing line losses. Localized compensation (decentralized compensation) is installed directly beside large inductive loads, providing the best compensation effect and maximizing line loss reduction, but requires a higher initial investment.
